Dia Jpop

El día Jpop fue el primer evento del año y fue realizado por la embajada de Japón.

Poder llegar al evento con los cosplays terminados fue un verdadero logro ya que tuve que hacer 2 cosplays en esta ocasión.

Para este evento, mi novio y yo decidimos ir de Kenshin y Kaoru de Rurouni Kenshin, fue un trabajo bastante arduo pero me alegra demasiado poder haberlos terminado a tiempo.

Tuvimos mucha suerte de habernos encontrado con excelentes fotógrafos en el evento :)

The Jpop day was the first event of the year and it was organized by the Japanese embassy.

Being able to get to the event with the cosplays completely done was a real accomplishment, since i had to make 2 cosplays this time.

My boyfriend and I went as Kenshin and Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin, it was hard work but i'm really glad i was able to get them done in time.

We were also really lucky to run into great photographers in this event.

Cena Lolita

Hace poco se llevo a cabo el primer evento Lolita del año, el cual consistió en una cena/reunión en el restaurante Matsuei.

Fue muy bonito poder compartir junto a las demás chicas, todas vestidas con su outfit Lolita de preferencia :3

Fue el primer evento Lolita al que he asistido en Panamá y realmente espero que sigamos haciendo más!

A little while ago we had our first Lolita event of the year, it consisted of a get together/dinner in the restaurant Matsuei.

It was very nice to hang out with the girls, all dressed with their Lolita outfit of choice.

It was the first Lolita event i have gone to here in Panama and i really hope we make some more!

Interactiva 2012 Día 2

Hola a todos! aquí está el post sobre el día 2 de Interactiva 2012, más que nada son fotos ya que este día era más tranquilo. No me dio chance de terminar el otro cosplay que tenia planeado ya que el de Shepard consumió mi tiempo/vida. Tendré que utilizarlo para otra ocasión :3 

Fui con ropa cómoda, una de mis pelucas nuevas y mis orejitas de gatito.

Este día la pase dando vueltas por el evento y tomándome fotos con otros cosplayers.

También tuve la oportunidad de hacerle el makeup a Rolando que fue del Joker, quedo muy cool!

Hello everyone! here is the post regarding the second day of Interactiva 2012, its mostly pictures since it was more of a relaxing day. I didn't have a chance to finish my other cosplay since Shepard consumed all my time/life. I will have to use it some other time :3

I went with comfortable clothes, one of my new wigs and my kitty ears.

On this day i hung out and took pictures with other cosplayers.

I also had the opportunity to do makeup for my friend Rolando who went as the Joker, it ended up looking really cool!

Interactiva 2012 Día 1

Finalmente termine de editar las fotos!.. Interactiva 2012 se llevo a cabo a finales de Septiembre, es el evento más grande de Panamá y está enfocado en los videojuegos.

Decidí (un poco tarde) hacer un cosplay que había querido hacer desde hace 3 años. Mass Effect se convirtió en uno de mis juegos favoritos desde el primer día que lo jugué, así que para este evento me animé a hacer a la tan awesome Commander Shepard.

No tenia idea de lo difícil que seria este cosplay !!! (sin contar el lió de conseguir los materiales). Pero logré terminarlo gracias a la ayuda de mi familia y amigos. Estoy muy orgullosa de haberlo terminado a tiempo para el evento, sin embargo hay muchas cosas que mejorarle y creo que lo volveré a hacer desde 0 D: . Para este evento también me animé a hacer una presentación, algo que no había hecho desde hace muchos años y la verdad estoy feliz que lo hice, aunque no es lo que más me gusta (para los que no saben, yo sufro de pánico escénico xD) Pero bueno, lo hice por que le tengo un amor muy grande al personaje.

I finally finished editing all the pictures!.. Interactiva 2012 was held during the last weekend of September, it is the biggest event we have in Panama and it is focused on video games . I decided (a little late) to make a cosplay i had been wanting to do for over 3 years. Mass Effect became one of my favorite games since the first day i played it, so for this event i decided to cosplay as the awesome Commander Shepard. I had no idea how hard this cosplay would be!! (not counting how hard it was to get the materials). But i managed to finish it thanks to my family and friends. I am very proud that i finished it on time for the event, however there are many things that need to be fixed and i think i'll be remaking it.

For this event i also decided to do a skit, something i hadn't done in a while, but i'm happy i did, even though its not my favorite part (for those of you who don't know, i don't enjoy being onstage) But oh well, i did it because i love this character so much.
